Tätini totesi joskus, että haluaisi maistaa tekemääni kakkua. Tilaisuutta tähän ei yli 200 kilometrin välimatkan takia ole ennen tätä päivää tullut. Nyt opintojeni takia asumme samassa kaupungissa, joten päätin hyödyntään tilaisuuden synttärikakun muodossa.
Kakussa on sisällä Kinuskikissan mansikkamoussea ja mustikkamoussea, jossa mansikkasose on korvattu mustikkasoseella. Koristeet sokerimassaa.

Exceptionally in English too. My aunt had a small birthday party with some foreign students and me. She mentioned earlier that it would be nice to taste a cake made by me, after seeing pictures here in my blog. Normally there is over 200 kilometers between us so it is not easy to visit with a cake but now I am studying in the same town she lives in, I could not pass the opportunity to bring a cake.
There is strawberry mousse (the link directs to a Finnish recipe) and blackberry mousse inside the cake and the decorations are made of sugar fondant.
